The Glen Mills Schools is managed by the Executive Director, who was hired by the Schools’ Board of Managers. He is responsible for all aspects of management and the supervision of all departments and all staff.

He is assisted by a Resource Management Team. To accommodate and facilitate the management of the Schools the current Administration has developed a solid infrastructure of policies and procedures to assure quality of service and delivery.

The administrators directly oversee the development and ongoing operation of the Schools on a daily basis. They are supported by a dedicated staff of specially trained counselor teachers who provide the daily service to the youth committed to the Schools. The current management and staff are all devoted to ensuring that the basic philosophy and goals of the School are met.
